Azabu Hikawa Shrine
麻布氷川神社In 938, the year of Tianqing, the ancestor of the Seiwa Genji clan, Minamoto Keiki Tomomi, marched east to quell the Tianqing Rebellion and solicited Matsu in Tanimori Asabu in Toshima District, Musashi Province. There is also a theory of re-solicitation of the warlord who built Edo Castle, Ota Michinaru. The Edo Tokugawa shogun family was highly respected, and it was a shrine with a view of Mt. Fuji and a superb view in all directions. In the Meiji era, it had a specific administrative function and issued protective tags to residents. The current shrine was rebuilt in Showa 23. It was designed by Mikishi Abe, who designed the Hibiya Movie Theater and Yurakuza Theater and also served as the president of the War Damage Reconstruction Institute.
