Dedication to the temple

In order to mourn the victims of the great fire of the Ming calendar (mostly people who have no identity or relatives) called the Furisode Fire in the third year of the Meiji calendar (1657), a large memorial service was held at the present location, and the temple was built at that time, so it was the beginning of the Morosozan Muentoki Kaiko-in.
