Lungyun Temple
龍雲寺Ryuunji Temple began in 1699, in the Edo period. Gokaizan's Setsugai Ancestor Sadazen Master is a senior disciple who has inherited the Dharma of Master Ban Yong Takuo, who is famous for his "Immortal Zen".
It is said that with the development of Nozawa Village, the lord Tanaka Shichiemon, who longed for a temple in the village, took over the name of Chimi-ji and renamed it Ryuun-ji. The location is near the current Ryuunji Cemetery (on the grounds of Asahi Elementary School), and the temple territory is Sanjumachi Ayu.
Since the area was plagued by water shortages, there is also a story that the name of the temple was named "Osawa", a dragon that is the god of water, and a cloud that calls for rain. Within the precincts, there are branches of Miho Shrine and Haruna Shrine. Since the Edo period, there has been a tradition of praying for rain by concluding a lecture.
It is said that the main Buddha, the "Bodhisattva of the Holy Universe", is the work of Master Pan Jingguo. Kanzenon means "to see the sounds of the world" and means to be able to see through the voices and wishes of all people.
