Maeno Kumano Shrine

前野熊野神社
It is said that around the end of the Muromachi and Sengoku periods, he was solicited by the Kumano Nachi Taisha in Kii Province. In the Edo period, in 1662 (Kanbun 2), the god of the shrine is listed as the seventh generation of Tenjin and the fifth generation of the earth god. There are two Kumano Shrines in the former Maeno Village, and the Nishi Kumano Shrine, which is located about 600 meters northeast of our company, was also a shrine in the same village. In contrast to the Nishi-Kumano Shrine, the company located in the east is also called Higashi-Kumano Shrine, and the Kumanoyama Jorakuin Hokai-ji Temple (now 4-20-8 Maeno-cho) of the Shingon sect of the Toyoyama sect of Buddhism was in charge of the separate responsibility.
