Meguro Kasuga Shrine

In the second year of Tentoku (958), Fujiwara Masafusa, the head of Musashi Province, solicited the Divine Spirit of Tenji Roof Life enshrined in the second hall of the Kasuga Taisha shrine of the Fujiwara clan in Mita, Meguro Ward. Later, it was relocated to Mita, Minato-ku, during the astronomical year (1533-1555) by Ota Michina, but it was rebuilt on the original site in 1934.
