Nakano Numabukuro Hikawa Shrine

It is said that it began in the first year of Shohei (the second year of Emperor Komei) of Emperor Go-Murakami (the second year of Emperor Kōmyō) during the Northern and Southern Dynasties, when the Imperial Spirit was enshrined in this area from the Hikawa Taisha Shrine in Omiya (present-day Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture), the No. 1 palace of Musashi Province.
