Sanuki Kohakuinari Shrine

讃岐小白稲荷神社
Our company enshrines both Sanuki and Kohaku. It was founded during the Edo period, about 200 years ago, according to calligraphy. Sanukisha is said to have been enshrined as a shrine in the residence of the Matsudaira clan, the daimyō of the Takamatsu Domain in Shikoku, and was opened to Shibashinamicho after the Meiji Restoration. On the other hand, Kohakusha is enshrined near the Furukawa River in Shibaminato-cho (now Hamamatsu-cho 2-13), and was enshrined in accordance with our company after consultation for the rezoning of the area in Showa 13. The deity of the festival is the god of the soul of Kuraina, and has been revered since ancient times as the god of fire along with the guardian god of generation and development.
